Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TOPUPCRAZY, customer satisfaction and trust are our highest priorities. We aim to provide smooth, fast, and successful delivery of all UC/Diamond orders. Refunds are available only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligible for Refund

  • ✔ Payment completed but UC/Diamonds not delivered due to system or technical error
  • ✔ Order not fulfilled within the promised delivery time
  • ✔ Duplicate payment made by mistake (after verification)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • ✘ Wrong Player ID/UID entered by the customer
  • ✘ Order successfully delivered to the correct UID
  • ✘ Customer wants to cancel after the top-up is already processed
  • ✘ Misuse, fraud, or suspicious payment activity

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned to the same payment method used during purchase.

For any refund-related queries, please contact our support team with your Order ID, Payment Screenshot, and UID.
